CALL CENTER AGENT
Job Description:
- Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales
- Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales
- Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Respond to emails
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Meet service level agreements set forth
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Typing Speed: at least 40WPM
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
Intelligent
Equipment:
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
- Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
