Working under the supervision of the CEO, the full time HR executive will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO BELOW):

1. Recruiting and on boarding of staff

2. HR administration, benefit and PTO management

3. Performance evaluations and management

4. Professional development and training

5. Proactive management of people initiatives to promote culture, employee well-being and morale

6. Create and maintain all personal files

7. Process monthly payroll a long with finance team

8. Ensure all EPF/ETF files are maintained and fees are paid on time

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in similar role

2. The ability to speak in English, Sinhala and Tamil

3. Ability to use MS Office and draft documents/reports

4. Ability to think with the, brain and work with their heart
