KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Ensuring the company strategy is executed with strong operational business plans to drive growth, profitability, and company value, whilst being accountable for complete project budget.
§ Effective engagement with stakeholders and proactively mitigates business, operational and governance risks.
§ Identify needs that can be successfully addresses as projects.
§ Evaluating all functions coming under the purview of the Project Management through effective tools, procedures, and SOPs.
§ Taking leadership in driving strategic projects to ensure the timely delivery of set project milestones while attending to the teething issues and effective management of relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
§ Develop new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff.
§ Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budgets.
§ Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentations.
§ Managing competition in the market with constant evaluation of the financial structure, business goals and strategic priorities to ensure the achievement of company vision.
QUALIFICATIONS & CRITERIA REQUIRED
§ Dynamic & energetic personality with ‘go-getter attitude’ & ready to deliver results on stretched challenges and targets
§ Strong statistical and analytical competencies.
§ University degree in Industrial Management, Logistics & Project Management or fully completed professional qualification in Project Management. Masters’ qualification will be an added advantage.
§ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management with hands on proven track record at Manager/Assistant Manager level will be a mandatory pre-requisite.
§ Interested to working with hotels, F&B, Fast food & Restaurants.
§ Proficiency English & Sinhala languages and ability to work with cross functional teams.
