Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring new concepts and ideas are converted to designs by understanding the vision and strategy.

• Ability to prototype and design projects and products through computer aided design (CAD - 2 D /3D )Software.

• Provide designing solutions through tools including Adobe XD/Illustrator, Figma, Solid works , SketchUp, Lumion 3D modeling and other industrial and commercial tools.

• Manage and liaise with production and manufacturing parties to ensure product is executed as per the idea and concept.

• Knowledge and Support with product costing by liaising with manufacturing and material suppliers.

• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including manufactures, production teams, material suppliers and end client

• Manage and execute projects with expected delivery standards, High standard of quality at agreed budgets .

Qualifications & Criteria Required

• Dynamic & energetic personality with creative, design skills and knowledge, pay attention to detail, and high work standards and reasoning skills .

• Strong ability in organizing, excellent verbal and communication skills, and high team work ethic to deliver results under pressure

• Degree in interior product Architecture from a recognized university/ institute.

• Masters qualifi­cation will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Architectural / Interior Designing / Product Designing fields with hands on proven track record will be a mandatory pre-requisite.

• Strong ability on rendering and 3D max design.

• Profi­ciency English & Sinhala languages and ability to work with cross functional teams
