Senior Software Engineer .NET Core

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to manage and develop .NET Framework-based, .NET 5.0/6.0 and .NET Core applications. You will have direct involvement with application coding, system debugging, and development. To ensure your success as a Senior Software Engineer at Ecologital, you should have extensive experience with Microsoft frameworks and advanced problem-solving skills underpinned by demonstrable industrial experience.

Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities:

● Meeting with technology managers regularly to determine and come up with system and architectural designs.

● Upgrading existing .NET applications as well as implementing new modules.

● Analyzing system requirements and handling development tasks.

● Developing technical specifications and associated documentations.

● Writing scalable code for .NET software applications.

● Debugging .NET applications.

● Collaborating with and providing support for other developers.

● Assisting with Unit Testing & supporting the QA team with creating test cases.

● Drafting software and application operating procedures.

Senior Software Engineer Requirements:

● 4+ years experience in .NET Framework and some working experience with .NET 5 and 6 and very good industrial experience working with C#.

● Design principles, patterns and best practices to write a quality application code that follows industry standards.

● Use problem-solving skills and knowledge of the full development life cycle to complete projects on time and to budget

● Good verbal and written communication skills

● Experience developing applications for desktop using either one or more of the following technologies will be a definite advantage

o Xamarin

o MAUI
