Key Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar
• ITIL Knowledge and exposure to Environment Management processes
• ITIL Certifications would be added advantage
• A strong understanding of IT Service Management processes, workflows, configuration management etc
• Hands on experience in managing recognized ITSM Tool, ideally with experience of SysAid, ServiceNow, SummitAI or Similar ITSM tool
• Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
• Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
• Exceptional communication skills.
