Our client is a leading IT company in Sri Lanka looking for a dynamic individual to join thei team as Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute effectively the talent strategy. Consult with business and HR on talent gaps in order to create as well as execute an effective recruiting approach to source, assess and hire the most suitable and diverse talent.
• Effective remote collaboration with other team members, business, external vendors, and consultants as needed in a high-pace environment.
• Create and drive diverse sourcing initiatives focusing on active as well as passive candidates, whilst influencing stakeholders to understand the importance of having a diverse and strong internal and external pipeline of talent.
• Identify and recommend process enhancements to enable efficacy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Network with universities, industry professionals and other professional bodies to share and collect best practices and to promote the employer brand.
• Share recruiting feedback with internal stakeholders by tracking and developing metrics that help assess, analyse, and benchmark our talent pipeline, conversion, areas of recruiting strength, and areas of opportunity.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience specialized in IT Talent acquisition.
• Degree/ Professional qualification in Human Resource management or Equivalent.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, make timely decisions and drive behavioural change.
• Hyper focuses on the key components of a candidate's experience to create an optimal experience
• Leadership management style that inspires others to perform at the highest level
• Ability to work in an agile manner in an environment of change
• Displays influencing and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes
• Proven strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Thorough attention to detail accomplishing tasks through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small
• Excellent relationship building skills and customer service orientation mindset in a fast-paced environment.
