Designation: Project Manager/ Executive - ERP Projects

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities

• ERP project managers coordinates with CEOs, COOs, CIOs, IT associates and managers, stakeholders, the ERP steering committee, and hardware and software service vendors, ERP consultant, Process owners and serve as a main contact person for ERP projects.
• Project management skills to efficiently manage projects and teams, analyze, and interpret business requirements and technical design, and devise and oversee project budgets.
• Understanding on different business processes, IT Software concepts, ERP concepts, etc will be and added advantage to work with the internal and external teams with a common understanding.
• Time/delivery management to ensure the deadlines are met, deliveries are signed-off as per the project plan.

Key Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's Degree/Diploma in information technology, computer science, or in a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or any other similar professional certifications/qualifications will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required for this position.
• 1 – 2 years of work experience in a similar role. and/or
• 1 – 2 years of experience in customer account management in Software/ERP projects industry. and/or
• 3 – 4 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Recourse Coordinator or Team lead role in any other industry
