The Job

• Responsible to achieve targeted Revenue, EBITA and ROI for the applicable product vertical and launching scalable business models to capture full market revenue potential
• Evaluating technical feasibilities, design optimizations and any other possible issues of product development, managing product life cycle while effectively engaging with other functions/departments to establish appropriate designs and technology
• Executing market strategy to ensure products meet customer needs and providing insights for annual business planning and enterprise capex project management meetings
• Liaising with product development, vendors and CP to come up with new products based on market research while developing products to improve channel efficiency reach and enhance the customer experience
• Providing solutions for relevant enterprise products of the Dialog enterprise business and technical input while working closely with other backend operational and support teams to accomplish desired goals
• Executing awareness sessions for customers, sales and operational teams, on enterprise products to enhance knowledge and productivity, maintaining a strategic relationships with enterprise customers
• Ensuring technical support, appropriate solutions to secure and promote enterprise products and providing consultation for cost effective ways to increase profitability as well as customer satisfaction
• Enforcing agreed SLAs with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and creating mechanisms to collect the incorporate customer feedback for the improvement product and customer satisfaction

The Person

• Possess a Degree in Engineering (Technical)/relevant professional qualification
• Possess a MBA in Business Administration would be an added advantage
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant field
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
