Designation: Senior Manager - Product Bundling, SaaS and CVM

Location: Colombo

The Job

• Explore Telco and ICT requirements of Enterprise market segments and propose product bundling options to drive adoption and market share.
• Developing a SME Product roadmap and bundling strategy and set milestones
• Align product management and sales teams to develop appropriate products and end to end customer journeys
• Ensure profitability of the bundles and responsible for handling regulatory inquiries by consulting company legal department
• Select the right product partnerships and establish accretive business models with third parties including local and global SaaS providers
• Set the value proposition and train and motivate the sales teams to drive the revenue in the portfolio
• Establish processes and the digital tools to on-board and manage the customers and product partners in the portfolio
• Leading the customer value management for the ICT BU related products and working with the product teams and CVM execution teams to prioritize the initiatives to achieve the set targets

The Person

• Possess a Degree in Engineering (Technical)/Business Management/relevant professional qualification with Masters in Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years experience in the relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
