Key Responsibilities
- Premium Reporting includes table tiles, dashboard table, table, canvas, and story reports across the full suite of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Generating ad hoc SQL queries for Learning Module report purposes
- Use of BIRT reporting tool to create Pixel Perfect Talent Cards
- Knowledge of People Analytics (Story Report)
- Support of the Workforce Analytics
- Development of premium reports of varying complexity, multidimensional queries, and measures.
- Create and present high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors’ products.
- Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs.
- Data analysis, Data modeling, and preparing datasets
- Implementation and testing of change requests for the report's solution
- Preparation and updating of technical requirements and specifications
- Internal and 3rd Party Data Integration into and out of the SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and Reporting solution
- Participate in weekly internal team and client meetings.
- Increase knowledge of other SF modules and best practices, as required
- Maintain up to date product knowledge at every bi-annual release
- Troubleshoot and find resolution of assigned system defects.
- Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Accurately track and report time and expenses.
- Coach junior consultants on reporting skills and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Associate SuccessFactors Reporting module certification or equivalent SuccessFactors certification.
- Strong experience in Canvas & Table SuccessFactors reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
- 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.
- 3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts.
- Additional associate certification in another SF module is a plus
- Experience in SQL or BIRT (for use with SF Pixel Perfect Talent Cards) is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of data modeling oriented preparing data sets, merging, custom calculations, formatting values dimensions an, d measures
- Versed in data visualization and their usage charts and tables

- Skilled in solutions-oriented technology coupled with business acumen to system solutions-oriented in consulting.
- Advanced solutions-oriented complementproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
