Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs.
- Analyze current integrations architecture and provide support in fixing issues and configuring new changes.
- Manage clients' team expectations.
- Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Coach junior consultants.
- Participate in weekly internal team meetings.
- Explain technical concepts to clients and team members.
- Able to successfully assess current and future workload for self and others.
- Accurately track and report time and expenses.
- Perform other duties as assigned (creation of internal process and/or reporting)
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business preferred, but not a must.
- Professional SuccessFactors module certifications in Employee Central or ECP / other modules.
- Three to five years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- · Professional certification for SCPI, or the commitment to complete certification in the first 6 months as a condition of regularization following the probation period.
- Three to five years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors system integrations (certifications preferred)
- Previous experience working and supporting technology integration projects and clients (Boomi, CPI, SAP Cloud Platform)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Ability to communicate with technical, functional, and business team members to ensure a technically sound solution.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Architecture and SAP Development languages.
