Key Responsibilities

• The person will be responsible for managing internal / external customers, Team Management, Task Allocation,external developing and Code review
• The person will be analysing, designing, desktop/web internal/externaldeveloping, testing and deployment phases of development projects or, products, product.
• Design and develop new features and/or maintain existing applications
• , Provide operational support when necessary
• Provide input on new designs and architecture as needed
• Develop a well-tested, high performance, scalable process engines, desktop / web application
• Keep abreast of all the new technologies and best practices

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Leading a team of 5+ members

• Had experience executing LMS based Projects

• Have good communication skills and stakeholder management.

• Have handled clients and customer on-boarding tasks.

• Handled Product roadmap and deliverables development, desired

• Handled high-end projects for major customers globally.

• Hands-on Progrprogrammingonboardingareamming skills in JavaScript, PHP/Laravel/Codeignator;

• Experience in Building Plugins for Moodle or any other LMS tools, Knowledge of SCORM/LTI/QTI desired.

• Having experience in supporting and providing technical guidance for the team.

• Having experience in cloud technologies and deployment preferred.
