Key Requirements-

• Experience in managing projects from inception to rollout, 12 - 14 years experienced PM candidates
• Should have good technical background (Java or .Net) managing web/mobile development projects
• Good in Estimation, Planning, Monitoring and Status Reporting
• Should have good understanding of agile metrics
• Good Team management skills
• Ability to proactive identify risks, dependencies and issues, come up with mitigation andcontingency plans
• Agile project management experience
• Excellent communication and client facing skills, has to develop customer rapport
• Project finances and P&L, awareness should be ok
