Key Responsibilities
- To coordinate with all stakeholders, liaise with sales, customer, tech delivery team, marketing, Legal, and others as needed
- Understand customer requirements,
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFPsorganizing, W closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communication
- Analyzes and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed, Liaising with pfeedbackroduct Managers to provide feedack from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends & competitor landscapes
Key Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to present complex value propositions to client executives
- Should have presales experience in software development companies, Exposure to web/mobile technologies, SDLC, tools in software delivery
- Experience in digital transformation programs is a plus
- Knowledge of project management or change management skills is an added advantage
- Relationship management skills; able to manage contacts up and down throughout internal and client organizations
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in proactively contributing to the continuous improvement
