Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architect – with software development background – 10+ years’ experience
• Understand customer functional requirements and convert functionalities to system requirements
• Developing overall solutions including high-level design, statements of work, service design and bills of materials
• Create solutions,for large and complex sales opportunities, work with the team for mock-ups, wireframes, estimates / schedule and put together a proposal
• Formulation of high quality bids and proposals & Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort
• Leads all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
• Provideshigh-quality schedulesProvides high estimates/schedule, direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
• Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
• Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to Stakeholders
• Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements & processes
• Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from schedules providessales to delivery

Key Requirements

Exposure to web/mobile technologies with a Java/JavaScript Tech. Stack, Service-oriented architecture, microservices, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL

Exposure to SDLC and Exposure to tools for software delivery

Solid experience in technical roles such as Software Engineer/Architect/ Dev Lead

Experience in working on projects that delivered the full lifecycle of analysis, design, software development, architecture, integration, testing, and deployments

Solid understanding of development processes, common solution architecture patterns, key infrastructure concepts such as cloud hosting, deployment strategies, load balancing

Able to translate customer requirements into conceptual architecture to improve selling opportunities

Good written skills and produce high-quality client presentation documents (RFIs/RFPs)

Strong communication, presentation, and social skills. Able to speak effectively with a wide range of business and technical audiences

Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and coping effectively with complexity and change at the enterprise level

Identifies themselves as a self-starter; can work independently and as part of a team

In-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends and apply to customer requirements as needed

Experience in evaluating the open-source and commercial products & providing recommendations
