To work as a Change-management and program-management expert who can help identify and deliver internal solutions to help us scale as an organization
Manage directly (or coordinate) the ‘full-stack’ of change management activities across stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects on roadmap
Key Responsibilities
Focus on providing program and operational support across the Revenue Operations organization
Be a strong partner to
Lead to Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) leaders (revenue operations, sales, sales operations, professional services, and accounting/finance)
Contract to Revenue (C2R) leaders ((ie: Systems covering the process of Project Initiation, Contracting, Delivery management)
Focus on, planning & execution, dependency mapping and coordination across teams, standardization of best practices, and delivering operational excellence in IT lead transformation Programmes
Act as a consultant who can demonstrate a deep understanding of L2Q, Q2C & C2R data and the impact it has on the business, understand the importance of data integrity, and be skilled at data visualization
As this role warrants a programme management , will be responsible for specific, high-impact projects of multi-month (and potentially multi-year) duration where you will be involved in ideation, solution design, and project management, as well as execution on workstreams related to Revenue Operations enablement and processing.
Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and communication to facilitate project collaboration & executive readouts
Create thorough functional specs, project / release plans, and roadmaps
Build insights and presenting Project and Programmes and teams Operations performance, Efficiency, Capacity v Demand, Metrics, Quarterly business Reviews, and Executive Summaries
Manage directly (or coordinate) change management activities across stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects on roadmap
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to assist with time sensitive decision making in Integrated peripheral systems
Key Requirements
10+ years of Operational or Programme Management /PM experience, preferably at a IT Service Company
Experience in SFDC (sales Force) and or any other CRM systems and or ERP (Oracle / SAP) systems
Good understanding in IT Services Revenue & Billing (Invoicing, billing and collection) and accounting/finance) will be advantages
Proven track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed their company’s operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
Strong critical thinking and data-analysis skills (e.g. ability to navigate large data sets)
The ability to identify repeated user and specialist-facing issues and build scalable solutions and processes to address them
Experience in solving complex and hard problems and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges to non-technical, technical, and executive levels
Deep problem solving and analysis experience (solving business problems - commercial, operational, financial) in a Sales-oriented environment
Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting will be an added advantage
