Key Responsibilities

• Nurturing effective QA processes ensuring that the team is using industry - accepted quality engineering best practices.
• Driving all aspects ofquality assurance including establishing metrics,and developing new tools and QA Processes.
• Managing all aspects of Quality assurance including strategy approach, Test planning , Test Automation , execution of manual tests and the implementation of effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Negotiating overall quality standards with developmen teams with other stakeholders.
• Ensuring Quality related SLAs are met and timely interventions are made in the event SLAs are not met.
• Help build and foster an inclusive,"quality first" in our team.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA/QE leadership roles
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and to recognize changes in priorities.
• experience with agile software development methodologies
• Expertise in using automated testing tools such as Selenium ,JMeter , etc.
• Excellect written and spoken communication skills
