Key Responsibilities

● Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and understanding of the platform, components, and data flows.

● Should be able to write and execute SQL queries and rapidly and accurately analyze data from the various sources to determine the cause.

● Should be able to propose/implement workarounds and has passion ,skills to eliminate manual processes through automation.

● Ability to partner across the teams to drive resolution of the issues impacting our clients.

Key Requirements

● Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer or information technology) or relevant experience

● Work in different business hours and available for 24 x 7 shift work, stand by support, and available to work during nights, weekends, and public holidays.

● Two years of industry experience working in the hospitality domain is an added advantage.

● Understanding of the property management systems (PMSs) such as FOSSE, OnQ, Opera, etc.
