Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle eBusiness Suite - configuration, cloning, security, upgrades, etc.
- Installing and verifying Oracle applications, security and system patches to the EBS applications and databases
- Technical Support for Oracle Applications, including managing the databases, concurrent managers, listeners, Apache, Forms Server, WebLogic, JVM and Other Technology Stack Components.
- Ensuring system availability and responding to unplanned event
- Perform ongoing database administration, Application Server administration, maintenance, performance tuning, installation and backup/recovery of Oracle databases and Oracle Application Servers running on multiple environments.
- Work with users to troubleshoot advanced functional, technical, and integration issues.
- Administer backups, refreshes and non-production clones.
- Reports and deliverables must be delivered with timeliness and quality
Key Requirements
- Degree in computer science/information systems, engineering or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in IT industry.
- Technical knowledge of Oracle EBS 11i, R12 applications.
- Experience supporting Oracle database 11g, 12c and Oracle EBS 11i, R12 deployments/upgrades on AIX/Linux/HP/Windows platform
