We are in search of Customer Service Executives ! ( Part Time - Weekdays 6 to 10 pm)

Job Role

Respond to customer inquiries over messages

Guide customers through products to ensure purchases made online

Coordinate with the Online team to ensure a smooth flow of operations

Answer calls professionally to provide information

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.

Expected Skills

Customer orientation and patience

Excellent communication skills (English and Sinhala)

Prior experience on customer service would be an added advantage

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Age between 19 - 30

School leavers are encouraged to apply.
