·Key Responsibilities

  • Design, development of software products and provide CRM solutions and review.
  • · Onboard projects to CI/CD platform. Maintain pipelines and product stack.
  • · Onboard new tools in CI and govern CD for smooth deployment.
  • · Propose and implement software development life cycle changes and improvement to improve efficiency.
  • · Attending to critical issues of production systems with the support of operation staff and external solution providers (vendors) to troubleshoot and solve the issue with minimum impact to the business.

Key Requirements

  • · Possesses a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field from a recognized university.
  • · Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • · At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • · Expertise in Telecom Solution Design and Technical Development.
  • Skilled in People management and Microsoft Office Suit
