Specialist - Human Resources and Administration

The Role

• Formulate appropriate H.R. policies and procedures.
• Acquire the right talent at the right time.
• Responsible for induction and orientation of all new recruits.
• Performance management and talent development
• Act as the point of contact and administration support for all members.
• Conduct market research and review team pay structures regularly.
• Carrying out disciplinary procedures and effectively attending to member grievances.
• Initiate and implement engagement and motivational activities.
• Responsible for maintaining all H.R. records digitally, effectively and provide analysis efficiently.

The Person

• A degree and/or diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Exceptionally good oral and written communication skills with a desire to work collaboratively within teams.
• Strong leadership & decision making skills.
• Is a team player, independent and a self-starter.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information.

Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience with an international exposure is a pre-requisite. This is an online job and ideal for any Sri Lankan who would like to enjoy your job being at home. Working hours are flexible and may vary but not exceed more than 40 hours per week.

Remuneration offered, which commensurate with the qualification and experience will not be a constraint for the ideal candidate.
