Job summary
We're looking for an experienced sales executive to help us grow our business. For this base salary + commission based role, you'll be responsible for setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers.
The ideal candidate should be someone who can hit the ground running and has experience managing multiple opportunities/projects at once. The candidate must also be very comfortable communicating/pitching to potential clients in person, virtually, or over the phone. Your responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of our services.
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
· Negotiate/close deals with the assistance of our project and digital leads, and handle complaints or objections professionally.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal team.
Skills & Requirements
· Basic experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
· Proficiency in English.
· Excellent communication in-person, via phone, and online.
· In-depth knowledge of MS Office.
· Fast learner with a passion for sales.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
