JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business.

· To manage the IT sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.

· To achieve the weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets.

· To generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories.

· To evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

· Building business case and showcasing value proposition by presenting it at CxO level.

· To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.

  • Responding to RFP, RFQ and RFI related to IT solutions & services in the e-Governance sector.
  • Managing the entire RFX’s cycle and keep a track of all activities being accomplished on time.

· To work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets.

· To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.

· To participate in pricing of the solution/service.

· To prepare and submit Sales MIS report as and when applicable.

· To travel across the assigned territories for client meeting & mapping.

· Members Government Ministries / Departments / IT Nodal Agencies and other stakeholders.

· For converting potential leads into Sales or confirmed deals

2. JOB KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum

· Candidate should have proven ability in managing IT sales & revenue generation in the respective territories

· Candidate should have keen interest in conducting research, data-driven insights & analytical capabilities.

· Should have the fair knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· In-depth knowledge about Government set-up and working

· Excellent communication skills, both oral & written

· Ability to interact at the highest levels of the Government and industry, and to drive senior level discussions effectively

· Excellent leadership, team building, people-management and problem solving skills

· Should be aggressive, pro-active and must possess go getter attitude

· Qualification: Any Graduate preferable BE in Comp. Sc.; MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing is preferable.

· Experience: 6 to 8 Years.
