Key Responsibilities
- direct visitors and callers to the correct personnel
- Access and recieve external personal information physucally or virtually
- ensure all interections are professional, cordial meets the needs of the customer
- collect organize and dissemination of the recieved information to relevant person or team
- maintain organized databases of inquiries / leads
- derive informations from recieved data and formulate report presentations to share with line managers
Key Requirements
- fully or Partly completed a qualification in Marketing/Psychology
- 1-2 years of experience in providing customer services/Support
Other skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and google suite products
- excellent public relations and customer service skills
- organized methodical and concersant and handling data
- Demonstrates a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team while working with cross functional teams
- Should be fluent in speaking in Sinhala/ Tamil and English
- Pleasing personality
- Self motivated
- Work with minimum supervision
- Willingness to learn
