Leading Private higher education Institute in Sri Lanka looking for a dynamic Individual to join as a Program Manager

Designation: Program Manager

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing corporate base of sponsors of InfoSchol
• Develop an awareness / visibility campaign to promote InfoSchol to corporates
• Develop an approach to identify corporates to sponsor InfoSchol students
• Gather and record employment opportunities for InfoSchol students
• Ensure that all InfoSchol students are selected and placed
• Liaise with Alumni Coordinator to approach alumni for support
• Engage in conflict resolution when required
• Prepare and send CVs of selected candidates to companies for placement
• Coordinate Interview with corporate and students and follow up
• Handle the Tri Party Agreement between students and Sponsor
• Conduct Monthly surveys to identify and amend potential challenges early
• Monitor and update information on Infoschol on institute website and social Media
• Educate graduating Infoschol students of alumni benefits and engage them in programs
• Prepare an Infoschol flyer and keep it updated
• Keep the Infoschol database updated
• Assist in preparing and organizing the annual club 97 event and the annual career fair
• Report the progress of all activities to your line manager and liaise with other relevant officers of Institute

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualifications in a related field
• 2-3 years of experience preferably in a similar capacity or in a Sales/ Marketing role in the education industry
• Experienced in promoting programs and study courses in the education industry
• Highly organized and methodical
• Superior skills in public relations and customer service
• A high level of personal integrity
• Good analytical skills
• Innovative and creative thinking
• A team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to study new tools
