About SpaceTimer GAMES We are a game development start-up based in Sri Lanka. Genre of mobile games we are currently working on We are working on "hypercasual" games. Which are simple mobile games that are instantly understandable & instantly playable. Your role at SpaceTimer Game development process consist of 2 core parts. 1. Ideation (coming up with a game idea) 2. Execution (developing the game idea)
You'll be helping us in our 'Ideation' by preparing market research reports.
- playing the top 20 hypercasual mobile games on data.ai or sensortower every week (if you really like to play hyper-casual games, that would really help)
- data collection (noting down aspects about each game into a database on Notion - aspects like controls, mechanics, types of graphics used etc. - a template can be provided)
- Presenting the data to the rest of the team clearly (written with graphs once a week & in a video call twice a month - good written & spoken english would help a lot)
- data analysis (making meaningful data backed insights from the data collected - being good with numbers, data skills & high IQ would help a lot)
- Ability & the willingness to consistently learn about data analysis & hypercasual games using learning materials would help a lot.
Compensation 100$ base salary + 100$ performance based bonus (% off profit via our hit games based on your contribution to the hit game)
