Key Responsibilities

• Delivery and collection of documents to external offices like Government Offices & BOI Institutions.

• Check collections, bank deposits and withdrawals.

• Supervise loading and unloading of goods.

• Filing and Maintain Inventory related Documents.

• Assisting the finance department in filling and maintaining the register

• Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas.

• Perform general office clerical duties and tasks.

• Other office duties as assigned by Head of Department

Key Requirements

• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English

• Attention to detail and organization.

• Valid motorcycle riding license.

• Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
