We are looking for an experienced lead level full-stack developer with a track record of delivering high quality software while managing a scrum team. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, highly technical and creative. This position is a hands-on full-stack developer role where you will be empowered to identify, propose, and implement features as we work to take our global platform to market. Experience in leading teams with a special focus on developing others is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze, design, implement and maintain our cloud based platform.
• Coding, testing, and support for React, Java based web applications in the cloud environment.
• Manage a small team of developers with varying levels of skills and experience.
• Contribute to product improvement, architecture and design.
• Experience in Web3 technologies or an interest in those would be advantageous as we develop the DAO part of our platform.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients based in the US, Europe and Asia.
