We are on the look out for senior quality assurance engineers with extensive experience in manual testing high tech product offerings. The ideal candidate would be analytical, inquisitive and detail oriented with the ability to work with highly skilled development teams. Industry experience of at least 4 years is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Working closely with the development team to provide technical expertise and support in terms of test automation.
• Ability to understand, analyze, evaluate and act upon business requirements forming the basis for Agile development approaches.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive Test Plans that include project scope, testing methodologies, execution plan and schedule.
• Develop testing strategy for specific product and application.
• Identify components to be tested and define rapid and pragmatic fit for purpose testing in alignment with the rest of the development squad.
• Follow best practices, promote industry standards and ensure our products are reliable with an excellent user experience.
• Knowledge of business requirements and their impact on delivery.
• Ensures bugs reported in the Defect Management tool are complete, clear, concise and comprehensive for other team members to replicate and/or understand reported defects with all the necessary supporting information.
• Gather, analyze and summarize test results.
