Responsibilities

You will be mainly working with our internal application development team developing features on our web apps, plugins, and mobile apps using Meeedly internal Tech Stack to our debut applications. Maintain quality code base. Designing and developing RESTful APIs. Must meet deadlines with the described scopes. Design, build, and maintain core backend and frontend software components, following our standard of the software engineering processes to design, develop, document, review, test, inspect, and release code.

Technical Qualifications

1.5+ years of industrial software engineering experience in PHP, JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or similar tech stack is compulsory. HTML, CSS, Relational and Non-Relational Database Knowledge. Object Oriented Programming, CI/CD pipelines. Writing self-documented codes. Good understanding in software testing and maintenance. Having an understanding in Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms is compulsory. Good understanding about File Systems, System Architectures, operating systems. Strong design and development in Front-end and Back-end development.

Collaborative Development Experience - Mandatory

Knowledge in using Version Control Systems (Git), AWS, Tech Communication Platform (confluence, Trello or Slack). Good experience in using JavaScript Libraries. Efficient software system architecture designing skills.

Preferable Qualifications – Good to have Creating mobile applications in React Native. Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Professional Skills

3 or 4-year Bachelor of Science in software engineering or Computer Science is compulsory. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meeedly. Communication proficiency in English is mandatory. Having good code of conduct. Problem solving skills. Collaborating in tech sessions. Agile to work as we’re a startup.
