Responsibilities
- Set up processes for the organization
- Coordinate & Report to Management
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Management Reports
- Annual & Monthly Budgets
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Account Receivable
- Handling Petty Cash
- Preparation of Payment Vouchers, Receipts & Journal entries
- Experience in Quick Books (QBI) or other accounting software.
Qualifications and Experiences
- AAT passed finalist or partly qualified CIMA
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the finance field
- High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint and knowledge in ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to Set up processes and Head the Finance sector of the organization
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
