SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
Contacting existing and potential customers on the phone or through emails & fix appointments or meetings to reach out
Attending to client questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively
Adding new leads, following up, closing sales with clients & achieving monthly sales targets
Participating in marketing & promotional campaigns
Building new relationships & Visit merchants regularly to ensure a healthy relationship
Provide excellent service during and after-sales.
Studying current market trends and developing strategies to maintain customer loyalty.
Proficient in Google applications
What we are looking for
Diploma or any professional qualification related to Marketing & Sales will be an advantage
Minimum 2-3 Experience in Power & Renewable Energy field
Sound knowledge & experience of the given products (Home & commercial UPS battery backups / Solar off-grid & hybrid UPS / Inverters)
Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
Ability to work with a team and individually
Excellent email writing, negotiation in English & ability to speak multiple languages
Vehicle (Bike is preferred) with a valid license will be an added advantage
Candidates between 21 - 45 years.
