We start the day with 15-minute team stand-ups. Each week, the whole team convenes in an All Hands meeting to ensure we are constantly moving in the same direction. Monthly, the executive team holds a company-wide meeting to recap on our company’s growth and progress toward our long-term goals.

We work wholly remotely, with people across the US and in the UK. In their free time, our team members love traveling, making art, playing music, hiking, riding motorcycles, and (of course) relaxing.

About the role

You will be a tech lead on a team developing our core backend platform, which wraps multiple blockchains. You will program in node.js and work with blockchain programmers and front-end developers. You will architect solutions, lead projects, correspond with the Head of Technology, and be a technical resource for other developers.

What we’re seeking

• Strong node.js and JAVASCRIPT programming skills
• DATABASES, especially noSQL
• Previous experience in a LEADING technology role
• Experience creating and maintaining REST APIs
• Expert at SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, degree in Computer Science
• Software ARCHITECTURE
• Strong written and oral communication skills in ENGLISH (as a second language)
• Ability to independently work REMOTELY
• SELF-MOTIVATED and DRIVEN to create quality products
• Comfortable with a FAST PACE and a h4 rate of growth
