We start the day with 15-minute team stand-ups. Each week, the whole team convenes in an All Hands meeting to ensure we are constantly moving in the same direction. Monthly, the executive team holds a company-wide meeting to recap on our company’s growth and progress toward our long-term goals.

We work wholly remotely, with people across the US and in the UK. In their free time, our team members love traveling, making art, playing music, hiking, riding motorcycles, and (of course) relaxing.

About the role

You will be responsible for our blockchain code and smart contracts, which is a core of a larger system. You will be required to maintain and extend this code, plan new features, and define requirements. You will be expected to keep up with emerging technologies in the blockchain and NFT space. Ideally, you have experience with multiple chains. This is a startup, so you will be expected (like the rest of us) to wear multiple hats and help teammates and our company succeed in any way you can.

What we’re seeking

• BLOCKCHAIN software development experience
• Strong SMART CONTRACT programming skills and experience
• Passion for BLOCKCHAIN and creating great products
• Expert at SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT and degree in Computer Science

Strongly Desired

• SOLIDITY programming
• Familiarity with ETHEREUM NFT MARKETPLACES

Bonus Skills

• XRPL, Polygon, Algorand, Palm, other blockchains supporting NFTs
