Responsibilities

· Identify, track & nurture inbound (online/offline) leads on all channels to convert & win business.

· Use CRM as the main tracking tool & ensure all notes, tasks, updates, deadlines, etc. are tracked.

· Coordinate and support the management team to close ongoing leads and opportunities.

· Develop and track quotes and proposals for prospects.

Requirements

· Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent qualifications or experience in a research capacity.

· Accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to show initiative and work independency.

· Good Understanding of Microsoft office.

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

· A creative and customer-focused mindset.

· Ability to work to deadlines.
