JOB PROFILE
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for entity and group.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and risks, offering insights for decision-making.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with business units.
- Monitor budget performance, recommend cost control measures, and prepare budget variance analysis.
- Analyze and review cost structures, identifying areas for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Support the development of financial plans and long-term goals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations while assisting in audits.
- Analyzing group financial data and supporting budgetary planning.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business Management / Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant certification with professional bodies (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CA, CMA) with a full or partial qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience of more than 5 years as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Hands on experience in MS Office is critical, especially Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
