Job Objective

To lead and business goal in deal origination, execution, management, and co-ordination of secured project and structured finance transactions.

Principal Responsibilities

• Responsible for deal origination, execution, management, and co-ordination of secured project and structured finance transactions.
• Provide support to the Divisional Head in deals and transaction origination of project and structured finance.
• Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic structuring framework for handling project finance deals
• Ensure speedy and quality documentation and packaging of transactions to meet set objectives
• Provide cutting edge project finance advisory and structuring advisory services.
• Lead on capital raising syndications necessary for financing projects
• Carry out design/structuring products/platforms for delivering and achieving advisory and capital raising targets for attained mandates
• Provide support for the in strategic and budgetary planning and execution
• Prepare status reports on a periodic basis
• Perform any other responsibilities as may be directed from time to time by the Group

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in any other field with relevant with experience may be considered
• Minimum of 8-12 years range of investment banking experience
• MBA or relevant MSc will be an added advantage

Key Competencies

• Extensive experience in a structured finance product development and development and delivery role and/ or a related financial services discipline.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of credit risk, products, and services.
