Catalyst is a Tech/Management Consulting start-up (part of OpenCube Group) operating in Sri Lanka & UAE with the aim of supporting companies to improve their business practices. Our company focuses on providing consultancy services in Technology, Business process improvement & Digital transformation projects.

• Tech/Management Consulting experience would be preferred.

What your day to day would look like

• Carry out research to gain an understanding of the client's business
• Identify and investigate issues. Subsequently, plan how to tackle them
• Highlight areas for improvement
• Create models to test possible business solutions
• Collect, analyse data and prepare reports
• Present recommendations, agree a course of action & provide ongoing support to the client
• Carry out special assignments for other internal companies
• All in all...everyday at Catalyst would be a different day!

Note: This is a remote full time working opportunity

Compensation: Below given is the minimum compensation (not the maximum) for the role.

Analyst - Minimum Compensation of 70k

Junior Analyst - Minimum Compensation of 35k

Trainee Analyst - Minimum Compensation of 20k

However, maximum compensation for a role is based on your ability to prove your capabilities & potentials!
