Algorithm Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and support to students in our digital skills programs.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering lectures and facilitating discussions in a variety of digital skills courses
• Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi and lesson plans
• Assessing student performance through exams, quizzes, and projects
• Providing academic and career guidance to students
• Participating in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology, digital marketing) or an extensive portfolio if self-taught.
• Proven teaching experience in the education setting
• Strong knowledge of digital skills, including web development, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
