Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute QuickHelp's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including but not limited to social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), YouTube and SEO.
- Plan, Create engaging content, and Maintain social media presence according to the set marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the external content creative team to produce additional social media content.
- Plan, and run ads across Meta and Google's suite of products, to generate inbound leads/bookings.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for marketing initiatives, track expenses, and ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provides general administration support for projects and functions within the department.
Requirements
- Minimum 01 year experience in digital marketing preferably in a tech start-up/marketplace.
- Experience in paid social media campaigns.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Content Creation, SEO, and, familiarity with Meta Business Suite, and Google Suite of products.
- Experience with visual tools like Canva, Figma, etc. Experience with video tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Fully or partly qualified in CIM, or any relevant Marketing/Digital Marketing qualification
