We are seeking a highly organized and detail -oriented Administrator to join our team at Algorithm Institute. The Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the institute and providing support to the staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
Monitor project progress and address potential issues
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Measure and report on project performance
Act as the point of contact for all participants
Organize data
Maintaining and organizing office files and records
Qualifications:
Qualification in business administration or a related field
2+ years of experience in an administrative role, with work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
Solid organization and time-management skills
Knowledge in Project Management Software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
