Job Description The Product Operations Intern will oversee the entire Product Operations Strategy of the brand and design processes, policies, and practices to drive sales growth for our various product offerings.

We Will Trust The Product Operation Associate To:

Work with third-party partners and distributors to provide exceptional customer service Onboard and provide orientation to all vendors about the company Monitor sales trends, prepare appropriate merchandise forecasts, and design ways to mitigate out-of-stock situations. Collaborate with vendors and resolve all payment disputes by liaising with the finance department, and monitoring the inventory of all supplies. Strategize growth opportunities to work with new partners such as 3PLs, business owners, production partners, etc Serve as the go-to person for all things product: thus writing product descriptions that sell, monitoring stock, collaborating with the marketing team for product advertisements, and liaising with the support team to solve product-related issues.

Requirements and Experience:

Have 1+ year of experience in supply chain management, retail sales, product marketing, eCommerce, etc Experience working directly with customers daily Experience working with multiple vendor and distribution partners of different sizes across different industries. Excellent written and verbal communication (In English) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
