Are you a passionate and creative individual with a flair for marketing and a love for the world of gastronomy, including bubble tea, coffee, chocolate, milkshakes, sandwiches, waffles, and healthy bowls? If so, we are excited to invite you to join our team as a dynamic Marketing Assistant to contribute to the growth of our sales.

This role is mainly focused on our Tillion Bites - Restaurant Cafe at Dehiwala branch and also, we are looking forward to having some IT projects marketing.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling social media content, including engaging images, videos, and voice-overs that resonate with our audience.
• Develop blog posts, articles, and website content that inform and excite our customers about our delightful offerings.
• Collaborate on event planning, from decorations to promotional banners, ensuring cohesive branding and visual appeal.
• Understand customers' tastes and preferences to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
• Conduct competitor research, comparing strengths, weaknesses, and pricing strategies.
• Provide innovative ideas to enhance our overall marketing strategy.
• Assist in budget planning and allocation for effective resource utilization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and consumer behaviour through continuous market research.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand guidelines, utilizing design skills in tools like Photoshop.

Requirements

• Passion for and knowledge of various food categories, including coffee, chocolate, milkshakes, sandwiches, waffles, healthy bowls, and nutrition plans.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and event planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Creative mindset with proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Spreadsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Happy to have Sinhala and Tamil)
• Proper time management and self-learning skills.
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to maintaining brand consistency.
