As a Social Media Manager at Very Briefly, your primary responsibility will be creating and managing content strategies across all our platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You will also be responsible in overseeing part of the marketing department, ensuring the development plans are in place, performance management is consistent, and individuals are enabled to reach their potential.
Reporting directly to the Head od Marketing, you will manage and deliver effective content strategies. Additionally, you will be having WBR (Weekly Business Review) meetings with the founders to review each week’s progress and plan for the coming week. This role will give you flexibility in your work while still ensuring guidance from the founders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute effective marketing strategies in aims to grow subscriber base
- Establish effective media relationships on a national and international level to securecoverage from a wide range of mediums
- Identify and implement effective email marketing campaigns
- Consistently develop a deeper understanding of how social platforms and behaviours impactwider marketing and communications efforts as well as the business at largeAbout you:
- BSc and/or MSc in areas such as Marketing, Communication, Business Administration
- Prior industry experience preferred but not required
- A passion for furthering your career in social media
- Creativity and willingness to learn and adapt
