Handling customer enquiry via Social Media eg. FB,Wechat, Whatsapp,PM, blog etc.
Liaise with customers & manage customers’ orders.
To expand the customer base as well as to serve existing clients.
Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of marketing materials
Maintain a good relationships and follow up with purchased customers / existing customers.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Assist company to establish Indonesia / China / Taiwan / Thailand / Singapore / Vietnam Market.
