- Should be able to handle end to end recruitment.
- Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time.
- Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting & External hiring tools likeJob portals.
- Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effectivemanner.
- Conduct initial HR interview round.
- Involved in End to End Recruitment and Background verification of Candidate.
- Exploring alternate channels of hiring to ensure achievement of hiring TAT.
- Periodic updation of career websites / pages with real time positions.
- Able to maintain necessary records.
- Generalist activities like joining formalities, induction and orientation
