  • Should be able to handle end to end recruitment.
  • Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time.
  • Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting & External hiring tools likeJob portals.
  • Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effectivemanner.
  • Conduct initial HR interview round.
  • Involved in End to End Recruitment and Background verification of Candidate.
  • Exploring alternate channels of hiring to ensure achievement of hiring TAT.
  • Periodic updation of career websites / pages with real time positions.
  • Able to maintain necessary records.
  • Generalist activities like joining formalities, induction and orientation
