Job Title: Junior Animator

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Animator to join our creative team. This role focuses on bringing visual ideas to life through motion, supporting digital campaigns, social media content, and branded storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of movement, timing, and visual rhythm, with a growing understanding of how animation enhances brand communication across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form animations for digital marketing platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and paid ads

• Support the creative team with motion design, animated text, transitions, and visual effects

• Animate social media assets such as reels, stories, GIFs, and motion posts

• Assist in producing motion graphics for brand videos, product launches, and campaigns

• Apply basic principles of animation including timing, easing, and visual continuity

• Work with video editors to integrate animations seamlessly into final edits

• Manage multiple animation tasks while meeting tight deadlines

• Ensure animations follow brand guidelines and platform specifications

• Stay updated with animation trends, tools, and platform best practices

Required Qualifications

• Moderate proficiency in animation and motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Blender(optional)

• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator for preparing animation assets

• Understanding of basic animation principles and visual storytelling

• Strong attention to detail and sense of timing and movement

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt based on creative feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media animation formats and platform requirements

• Basic experience with motion graphics for branded or marketing content

• Familiarity with Premiere Pro/Da-vinci for animation-to-video workflows

• Understanding of how animation supports digital marketing and brand communication

• Exposure to 3D tools or character animation is an added advantage
